  • Each of will have 7 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. Please strictly adhere to your time.
  • The presentation will have to be in Windows Power Point format with the required pictures, tables and graphs that should be very unambiguous and legible.
  • Report to the preview room at least an hour before the start of the session to give your presentation (If your session starts early in the morning, we advise you to check in the preview room the day before)
  • Personal laptops will NOT be accepted for the presentation, so please carry your presentation on a pendrive.
  • Be present in the hall 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet the chair(s) and the session-in-charge/MOC.
  • If you have questions, please contact our volunteers at the preview room.
  • Though we really appreciate each of your efforts, the Scientific Committee will like to award the three best presentations.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS :
  • Posters must be mounted at the Exhibition Area at the Venue between 08:00 and 10:00 hours on 13th or 14th December depending upon your slot and has to be removed between 18:00 and 19:00 hours on the same day.
  • The size of the poster must fit in 3 (horizontal) x 5 feet (vertical) in size and the print, photographs and graphs must be clear and legible.
  • The poster number will be displayed on the notice board. The authors will be responsible for mounting their own posters on the respective boards. The posters will be removed if they are not taken down in time and the organizers will not be responsible for any damage to the same.
  • The poster will be open for poster viewing for the entire day of the allocated date; however, the presenter is requested to stand near the poster to answer questions Lunch and Tea Breaks on 13th & 14th December, 2013, respectively.
  • At this conference we are introducing e-posters; you are also requested to bring your poster in pen-drive; which will be loaded on the e-poster monitor in the poster area. The e-poster monitor will be operated with the help of a mouse and keypad.
  • Failure to present poster will result in cancellation of, scholarship, if granted.
