Thank you for your scholarship application to attend the ASICON 2012 to be held at Hotel Vivanta by Taj - Yeshwantpur, Bangalore from 23rd to 25th November 2012. We are delighted to inform you that you have been awarded the prestigious scholarship to attend the same. It is supported by the National Institutes of Health / Office of AIDS Research, (NIH/OAR), USA.

Depending on the specific sanction, your scholarship includes one, two or all from the Conference Registration/ Accommodation/ Travel

Terms and Conditions (specific to particular sanctions):

• The accommodation is as per your itinerary but maximum for 3 nights (inclusive of Breakfast).  The same has been arranged at a Hotel Grand Bee, Near Yeshwantpur Railway Station, Bangalore; about 1.5 km from the venue.
• Expenses on telephone calls, laundry charges and any other incidentals that you may incur during your stay will be met by you.
• The conference registration comprises of a kit, a badge and coupons for 3 lunches, Welcome/Banquet dinner and Cultural program.
• Travel expenses include train fare for 3-tier AC. If the same is unavailable, 2 tier AC tickets or Tatkal tickets may be booked only with prior permission from the Scholarship coordinator. Up to Rs 500/- towards other travel expenses will also be reimbursed.
• The conference starts at 8 am sharp on 23rd November 2012 and the registration desk and scholarship counter at Vivanta by Taj-Yeshwantpur will be ready to register you from 7.30 am on 23rd November, 2012. You can also register on 22nd Nov. between 4 to 6 pm.
• When claiming your scholarship please present your identification proof, a copy of sanction letter, copy of the train tickets (and original for verification)
• You are requested to ensure your attendance for the entire conference duration
• If you abstract(s) is/are accepted for oral or poster presentation, you must also comply with the same. If found not doing so, the scholarship will be revoked.
• No smoking and Non Alcohol is the strict conference Policy.  Please co-operate with the organizers – both at the hotel as well as at the venue.

Please confirm your acceptance, within one week, by replying to this notification email, with subject line containing ‘Scholarship’.  Please quote this statement as your agreement.

“I agree with the Terms and Condition as mentioned above. By this agreement I declare to accept the ASICON 2012 Scholarship”.
